vvvjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
vvvjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may close your vvvjl account at any time by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
vvvjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the vvvjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
